Buildtech Homes, founded in 1989, first specialized in custom designed homes on the resort islands of Kiawah and Seabrook, outside of Charleston.
Their experience gained in custom resort homebuilding allowed Buildtech Homes to become that rare building company, one that truly listens to and
understands today's homebuyer. In 1991, the move was made to West Ashley, and the middle to upper-end developments in Shadowmoss Plantation,
